BigExclusives aims to publish clear, useful and responsible editorial work. This policy explains the standards the publication intends to follow for research, sourcing, authorship, reviews, commercial transparency and corrections.
Research and sourcing
Articles should be based on relevant, reliable sources appropriate to the topic. Where possible, we prioritize primary sources such as official product documentation, company announcements, policies, pricing pages and other first-party materials. Secondary sources may be used for context, but important factual claims should be checked against stronger evidence where available.
Vendor claims and independent verification
When a company describes a feature, benefit or performance result, BigExclusives should identify it as a vendor claim unless it has been independently verified. We do not present marketing language as proof. If a product or service has not been independently tested by BigExclusives, that limitation should be stated clearly.
Reviews and comparisons
Reviews and comparisons should explain the basis of the evaluation, identify material limitations and avoid fabricated scores, fabricated testing or unverified experience. Prices, features and availability may change, so readers should confirm important details with the provider before purchasing. Our detailed process is published in the Review Methodology.
Authorship and accountability
Articles are currently published under the BigExclusives Editorial account. As named contributors are added, BigExclusives will aim to show accurate bylines and only publish biography details, experience or qualifications that have been supplied and verified. See the Authors page for more information.
Publication dates and updates
Publication and update dates should reflect meaningful editorial changes. Articles should be revisited when material facts change, especially where pricing, product capabilities, availability or policies can become outdated.
Commercial transparency
Material commercial relationships, sponsorships and affiliate links should be disclosed clearly. Commercial relationships should not determine editorial conclusions and should not be presented as independent evidence. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
Corrections
When a credible error is identified, BigExclusives aims to review it promptly, correct material inaccuracies and explain significant changes where appropriate. See the Corrections Policy for how to report an issue.
